I recently completed a white paper on the issue of regional corruption in government and politics. The raids at Glass House Farms only highlighted the importance of publishing that paper, after expanding it to discuss the potential impacts of local corruption leading to the raids.

Defining corruption is a complex and difficult to articulate task. But the data on its impacts is irrefutable.

There are also legally allowable types of corruption, which is where we must pause to consider if circumstances leading to the federal government raiding Glass House Farms was in some way related to that.
